At Garuda Craft, we create custom merchandise and gifts with care. Our products may include customized T-shirts, mugs, keychains, and personalized gift items.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for eligible products and situations described below.

Customized Products

Customized and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced by Garuda Craft.

Return Eligibility

A return or exchange may be considered if:

You receive a damaged or defective product.
You receive the wrong product or design due to our error.
The product does not match the approved design because of a production mistake.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Tag Policy

For eligible non-customized products, the original product tag must remain attached for a return or exchange.

If the original product tag is removed, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange, except where applicable consumer rights require otherwise.

Non-Returnable Products

Customized T-shirts and personalized merchandise.
Products that have been worn, washed, or used.
Products with the original tag removed, where the tag requirement applies.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and communicate the available resolution.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method or another agreed method. The processing timeline will be communicated after approval.

Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the issue is caused by Garuda Craft.
